Reducing manual Ejar contract entry Official Ejar contracts contain large amounts of data and may vary in layout and text quality. An assisted import process was created to extract contract details, parties, units, and payment schedules, then present everything for human review before saving any production data. 4. Maintaining consistent property data Free-text property types and districts can quickly create duplicates, spelling variations, and unreliable search results. A centrally managed classification system was introduced and connected to listing forms, public filters, and customer submission flows. 5. Serving different users securely Customers, employees, administrators, and property owners need different information and permissions. Each experience was separated so users only see the data and actions relevant to their responsibilities. 6.
