# Invoice Processing and Financial Records

A project delivered by ZeroClick AI (Ahmed Emad).

Send an invoice image or PDF through Telegram; the system extracts and validates the data, prevents duplicates, and stores a searchable financial record.

## Overview
A Telegram-based system that turns invoice images and PDFs into structured financial records. Gemini extracts the accounting data, checks whether the invoice has already been processed, stores the accepted file in Google Drive, records the data in Google Sheets, and sends the result back immediately.

## Challenges
Invoices vary in layout, image quality, and how values are written. I built a multi-stage path that handles each file type, normalizes Gemini's output, validates the financial fields, and rejects any invoice already on record.

## Results
Manual invoice entry became a document-to-data workflow: extraction, validation, duplicate prevention, archiving, and structured accounting entry. The result is faster processing and records that are easier to search and review.
