Overview

Al-Rashudi transforms the traditional real estate website into a complete digital platform for marketing properties, managing rental portfolios, serving property owners, and running daily brokerage operations. Customers can explore sale and rental opportunities through smart filters and an interactive map, review each property in detail, contact the team through WhatsApp, submit a property for marketing, or request a suitable property based on their preferred location, budget, and requirements. The internal management system gives the team one organized workspace for property listings, customer enquiries, reservations, owners, tenants, buildings, units, rental contracts, installment schedules, collections, invoices, employee tasks, approvals, and follow-up. A dedicated owner portal improves transparency by giving each property owner secure access to their portfolio, tenants, active contracts, upcoming installments, collection status, and invoices without depending on repeated calls or manually prepared reports. The platform also simplifies time-consuming operations through assisted Ejar contract imports, automatic installment scheduling, overdue-payment tracking, recurring WhatsApp reminders, and executive dashboards that provide a clear view of occupancy, collections, arrears, and overall portfolio performance. Designed around the needs of the Saudi real estate market, the platform delivers an Arabic-first, mobile-friendly experience for customers, employees, administrators, and property owners. Al-Rashudi is not simply a property-listing website or a standalone CRM. It is a connected real estate operating system that brings marketing, customer management, rental operations, financial follow-up, owner service, and team coordination together in one place. The next development phase will introduce AI-assisted lead handling and deeper workflow automation to reduce repetitive work and help the team respond and operate more efficiently.

About the Project

An all-in-one real estate and property management platform that helps brokerages market properties, capture qualified enquiries, manage rentals and collections, keep owners informed, and run daily operations from one connected system.

Challenges

1. Bringing fragmented operations into one system Property marketing, customer requests, rentals, collections, owner communication, and employee follow-up were separate business activities. The challenge was to connect them through one platform and one reliable source of information without creating duplicate records or disconnected workflows. 2. Managing the complete rental lifecycle Rental operations involve owners, representatives, tenants, buildings, units, contracts, renewals, deposits, payment schedules, partial payments, overdue balances, and invoices. The platform needed to organize this entire lifecycle while preserving accurate financial and contractual relationships. 3. Reducing manual Ejar contract entry Official Ejar contracts contain large amounts of data and may vary in layout and text quality. An assisted import process was created to extract contract details, parties, units, and payment schedules, then present everything for human review before saving any production data. 4. Maintaining consistent property data Free-text property types and districts can quickly create duplicates, spelling variations, and unreliable search results. A centrally managed classification system was introduced and connected to listing forms, public filters, and customer submission flows. 5. Serving different users securely Customers, employees, administrators, and property owners need different information and permissions. Each experience was separated so users only see the data and actions relevant to their responsibilities. 6. Delivering an Arabic-first mobile experience The platform needed to remain clear and easy to use across Arabic RTL interfaces, mobile screens, property maps, management dashboards, complex forms, and owner reports. 7. Building for continuous growth The system needed to support new modules and operational workflows without making maintenance increasingly difficult. Shared services, centralized settings, reusable components, automated testing, and a structured deployment process were used to keep future development manageable.
