A secure onboarding assistant built with n8n for a financial-services platform. It checks the customer's civil ID, identifies the account state, verifies existing users with an OTP, and guides new customers through registration in Arabic or English.

Challenges
The workflow had to handle new, existing, and blocked accounts without skipping any security step. I split the work between focused agents for routing, verification, and registration, backed by session memory, API connections, and explicit state tracking.
Results & Impact
Verification and registration now happen in one clear journey. The system handles each account state consistently, reduces manual support work, and gives customers a faster next step without weakening the verification sequence.
